| If you are scheduling online inspections and get an error and cannot schedule; then please call us about your online inspection. We have created an "order #" system that has been implemented for some time now. It prevents scheduling certain inspections before you are ready and helps to keep in order of when an inspection is needed at a certain phase of construction. | Those who utilize our Online Permitting Please fax in your documents at submittal of your online permit. Failure to do so will result in the consequence of your permit being voided or longer wait time of receiving your permit because of waiting for your documents to come in. |

| If you get an e-mail that you are lacking documents is it either one of two things. You need to fax them in or you have faxed them in and we have not assigned the documents to you specific permit number. Please remember that it is a automatic reminder generated by our system and runs at 5:00pm everyday. |
