The Office of Human Resources administers a comprehensive personnel program for all County departments.

Staff services provided by this office include:

  • preparing and distributing job announcements
  • managing recruitment efforts
  • assisting in the selection process
  • administering the Class and Pay Plan
  • maintaining official employee records
  • directing employee training and development projects
  • monitor County personnel practices and policies to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • coordinating and managing the employee benefits programs
